Privacy Policy

ClipRip collects minimal information to operate the service. We do not require accounts, registrations, or personal information of any kind.

The only data we process is the URL you submit for downloading and your IP address, which is used solely for rate limiting to prevent abuse of the service. We do not log URLs you submit or associate them with your IP address.

URLs you submit are used exclusively to fetch and process media for download. Once processing is complete, the URL is discarded from memory.

IP addresses are used for rate limiting only. We do not use IP data for analytics, profiling, advertising, or any other purpose.

Downloaded files are stored temporarily on our servers for a maximum of 15 minutes to allow you to complete your download. After 15 minutes, all temporary files are automatically and permanently deleted.

We do not maintain any long-term storage of downloaded content. No backups, no archives, no copies. Once the cleanup window passes, the file is gone.

ClipRip interacts with third-party platforms (Reddit, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) only to fetch the media you request. We do not share your data with these platforms or any other third parties.

We do not use third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or social media tracking pixels.
